According to health experts, smoking can be dangerous to the internal body system. A habitual smoker can be prone to different health problems.
Some of the health problems might include
- LUNG CANCER
- HEART CANCER
- COUGH (CHRONIC)
- ASTHMA
- BREATHING DIFFICULTIES ETC
however,about 77% smokers have an idea about this health problems that can occur. But the questions is
why can't they quit it if they know it is dangerous to them?
This is because it have become a habit to them. They are now not able to get over it.
Nevertheless, smoking can sometimes might not be someone's desire after knowing the bad effects it can cause to the body.
But the major problem is that, it has become a part of their lifestyle or habit.
When smoking turn to be habitual, it is very difficult to stop it entirely but with these tips it can be done with time
Remember you can't quit it over night ,its a gradual process

- Managing the amount of smoke you take daily
- Managing the time you smoke
- Start thinking out of the pleasure you derive from it
- Make new friend that are not smokers as your friend
- Mingle with them
- Stopping the act of using smoke to quench boredom
- Finally, you should pray to God over it.

Let's assume you into about five (5) packets daily
Then,,, follows this chart...
Monday
Have your normal five packets of cigarettes
Tuesday
Don't go for five packets again instead, cut it down to four packets
Wednesday
Cut it down to three packets and then regard the pleasure as nothing
Thursday
Cut it down to two packets of cigarettes and start hating it your self
Friday
Cut the intake to one packet and probably to three sticks of cigarette
Saturday
Have one stick for that day and even blame yourself for purchasing it.
Sunday
Go to church, you Dont wanna smoke after attending church services.
THIS IS WHAT TO DO FOR THE OTHER WEEK TO MAKE THIS PERMANENT
- Avoid mingling with other smokers. This will change your mindset again
- Hate their lifestyle
- Try to form new habits beneficial to your health.You can start with body exercises to keep you out of thinking about smoking.
